Im wearing shorts this SUMMER!

 
          

In my previous post "Baby got thighs" I discuss how I want to tone up my thighs and stomach. So today I ran on the treadmill and wore my slimmer belt around my waist. Running on the treadmill helps burn the fat in your body, and the slimmer belt helps burn that belly fat. After the treadmill, I did my butt lifts, (35 on each leg ) which helps lift my butt and tone my butt muscle.

I'll keep you updated on my workout journey. This summer my goal is to feel confident wearing shorts. Wish me luck! (:
