Im wearing shorts this SUMMER!

 
          

In my previous post "Baby got thighs" I discuss how I want to tone up my thighs and stomach. So today I ran on the treadmill and wore my slimmer belt around my waist. Running on the treadmill helps burn the fat in your body, and the slimmer belt helps burn that belly fat. After the treadmill, I did my butt lifts, (35 on each leg ) which helps lift my butt and tone my butt muscle.

I'll keep you updated on my workout journey. This summer my goal is to feel confident wearing shorts. Wish me luck! (:

BABY GOT THIGHS!

Hello fabulous people! OMG! Bikini season. I'm so not ready for the summer. I would like to lose 15-20 pounds. With proper exercising and a healthy diet, I know I can achieve my goal by the end of June. The two main body parts that I'm focused on toning are my thighs and stomach.

THIGHS

Problem: my thighs have cellulite in them and I want smooth thighs.

Solution: working out helps eliminate cellulite. Workouts like the treadmill, elliptical, and even riding the bike helps burn the fat and build muscle.

Goal: I want to wear shorts this summer (:

STOMACH

Problem: ummm, it's huge

Solution: I researched what helps burn belly fat and I came across "Dr.Oz's Flat Belly plan". He lists foods that help keep that belly FLAT, the website is listed below.

Goal: I want to wear a bikini this summer!

Also I invested in a "Slimmer belt" by TKO from Marshall's for only 5.99. I wear the belt as I workout and it acts as an extra fat burner around my stomach. It's a must have for workouts. (:

CleanPlateCo Mother's Day Event

MOMS ROCK! My mom is this amazing tough, strong, giving and beautiful force who grabs your heart with her dance moves. My sister Shauna and I took her out to CleanPlateCo www.cleanplateco.com mother's day event held at La Maison d'Art www.lamaisondartny.com

The food and live music went hand in hand with La Maison d'Art unique french style. My favorite part about La Maison d'Art is the open backyard and original artwork displayed on the walls. I'm also very interested in trying their bed and breakfast one day.

The owner of CleanPlateCo Chimere Ward did an excellent job with the menu below.
