BABY GOT THIGHS!

Hello fabulous people! OMG! Bikini season. I'm so not ready for the summer. I would like to lose 15-20 pounds. With proper exercising and a healthy diet, I know I can achieve my goal by the end of June. The two main body parts that I'm focused on toning are my thighs and stomach.

THIGHS

Problem: my thighs have cellulite in them and I want smooth thighs.

Solution: working out helps eliminate cellulite. Workouts like the treadmill, elliptical, and even riding the bike helps burn the fat and build muscle.

Goal: I want to wear shorts this summer (:

STOMACH

Problem: ummm, it's huge

Solution: I researched what helps burn belly fat and I came across "Dr.Oz's Flat Belly plan". He lists foods that help keep that belly FLAT, the website is listed below.

Goal: I want to wear a bikini this summer!

Also I invested in a "Slimmer belt" by TKO from Marshall's for only 5.99. I wear the belt as I workout and it acts as an extra fat burner around my stomach. It's a must have for workouts. (:
